ATTN: LEAF DOES NOT ACCEPT PARK FLYER AMA MEMBERSHIPS. FULL ADULT OR JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE all adult renewals are $75 and youth renewals (Under age 18) are $25. New adult members $75 membership plus a one time $50 runway fee. New youth members do NOT pay a one time runway fee. No renewals for 2026 will be accepted before October 01, 2025. Payments made on or after October 01 will validate your membership through December 2026.

Simply fill out the electronic membership application below and submit it electronically by hitting the submit button. Then mail your dues to the address below.

Or you can pay through the Membership Payment Page via either PayPal, Debit, or Credit cards AFTER you submit the form. 

You can always print the form and bring a check and the form to the next meeting. Your AMA membership must be current for the entire year of LEAF membership. Our FAQ page has a direct link to the AMA membership enrollment page.
