PLEASE NOTE all adult renewals for 2025 season are $75 and youth renewals are $25. Changes will be reflected on application pages October 01, 2024. No renewals for 2025 will be accepted before October 01, 2024.

Simply fill out the electronic membership application below and submit it electronically by hitting the submit button. Then mail your dues to the address below. Or you can pay through PayPal with a link that will show up after you submit the form.  You can always print the form and bring a check and the form to the next meeting. Your AMA membership must be current for the entire year of LEAF membership. Our FAQ page has a direct link to the AMA membership enrollment page.
