Membership will not be issued until payment has been received by LEAF, and your AMA membership is verified to cover the complete year of LEAF membership.

Your membership dues may be paid using the links below by either PayPal, Debit, or Credit cards. Please select the correct amount for your new Membership. The selection chart reflects the present membership rates for 2024 good till December 31, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE all adult renewals for 2025 season are $75 and youth renewals are $25. Changes will be reflected on application pages October 01, 2024. No renewals for 2025 will be accepted before October 01, 2024.
